Octagonal panelled glass set in an elaborate bronze frame in the form of panels of decorative foliage edged by silver-gilt strapwork. The panels are decorated with nude female figures, putti, masks, clusters of fruit, flowers, and ribbons. It joins a collection rich in French nineteenth century applied art.
