Description:
Four panelled screen with a series of twelve pictures depicting scenes of retribution inflicted on army generals and latin mottos. An expression of contemporary opinion at the time of Cromwell's abdication. The silk is supported by wooden stretchers with embossed leather trim and brass mounts.
