This exquisite collecton of glass scent bottles are mostly British in origin, and each is quite unique within the collection. Mrs Manning, who gifted the collection with Art Fund support, was inspired by her husband Derek Manning's interest in coloured drinking glasses. The couple built up their respective collections concurrently, and the gallery has acquired the scent bottles as a perfect companion collection to Mr Manning's drinking glasses, which were also recently gifted to the Victoria Art Gallery.
