Description:
This collection is a representative selection of Copley and Gabain’s works; it contains a good cross section of works following the progress of their careers, demonstrating technique and subject development. There are few lithographs in Aberystwyth's collection, the preferred medium of avant-garde British printmakers. This collection from the artists' son consists of 41 lithographs, 56 etchings and a watercolour by Copley and 14 lithographs by Gabain.
