A scheduled ancient monument on an international landmark site based in a pump house that was originally part of the Thames Tunnel, the first great project (in collaboration with his father) of Isambard Kingdom Brunel, The museum traces Brunel’s career from this to his last major project, the Great Eastern steamship. The museum also features award-winning riverside gardens.
